Let's get to know each other 💜
My name is *Lizzy Olubisi Olu-Talabi, a Product Designer and Nigerian American artist. Bridging the gap between usability and visual design is a big part of my work, whether that be through reshaping brand identities, integrating accessibility standards or building something new alongside you from the ground up.
You can’t really find me NOT designing, so much as I apply design processes to my everyday life— I love learning new things and solving extremely important problems, like “how can I make my cosplay wings big enough to look cool without drooping”, or, "is there a way to layer this outfit without burning up in 87 degree weather." A day where I’m building something is a good day.
Fashion is also a form of art to me: I've been told I have the style of a cartoon character, and I think that's pretty cool. Life's too short for a special occasion to wear a dress. My creativity and my intrinsic motivation to create are what drive me to make designs with form and function in mind.
